"Pickled but classy."
Calling all pickle lovers, this one's for you! It's the perfect margarita for a hot summer's day. The fresh dill flavor is what makes it, so I recommend using fresh, refrigerated pickles instead of the ones in the pantry aisle.
Recommended glassware: Margarita glass
Pickle Margarita
Ingredients:
2 ounces tequila
1 1/2 ounces triple sec
1 ounce lime juice
1/2 ounces pickle juice
1 cup ice
Dill, pickle spear or slice
Rim with The Big Dill Pickle Infused Salt
Directions:
Rim a glass by swirling a pickle brine around the top of your glass, then spin the rim in a bowl or plate of The Big Dill Pickle Infused Salt Rimmer.
In a cocktail shaker combine tequila, triple sec, lime juice, pickle juice and ice.
Cover and shake until very cold.
Strain into a rimmed glass with fresh ice. Garnish with optional fresh dill pickle spear.
Serve it up and enjoy it!
