"The ratio of orange juice varies from person to person, some like it equal parts, some like just a splash"
A mimosa cocktail consists of champagne and chilled citrus juice, usually orange juice. It is often served in a tall champagne flute at brunch, at weddings, or as part of business or first class service on some passenger railways and airlines.
