Ginger Buck

"Sweet and Tangy"

A Buck cocktail is a drink that’s made of three elements, spirit, citrus and ginger soda (it’s flexible whether ginger beer or ginger ale is involved).

Best served in a rocks style glass

Ginger Buck

Ingredients:

• 2 parts Basil Hayden® Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

• 1 part Lime Juice

• 1/2 part Fresh Ginger

• 1/3 parts Simple Syrup

• Sprig of Rosemary (for garnish)

• Rim with Derby Mule Lime Infused Sugar Rimmer

Directions:

1. Rim your glass by swirling a lime wedge around top of your glass then spin the rim of your glass in your Derby Mule Lime Infused Sugar Rimmer.

2. Add fresh ginger in a cocktail shaker and muddle until fine

3. Shake and strain into a rimmed rocks glass filed with ice

4. Garnish with a rosemary sprig

5. Serve and enjoy!
