Anyone who's a fan of the bloody Mary should try this tequila-based variation of the bloody Maria, which has a kick of horseradish and hot sauce. It's a must for weekend brunches. If you don't want to go through the trouble of making this from scratch, just grab your favorite Bloody Mary Mix to use!
Recommended glassware: Martini glass
Classic Bloody Mary
Ingredients:
1½ ounces vodka
2 ounces mango purée
½ ounce simple syrup
2 fresh chiles, such as Thai or cayenne
Garnish one of the fresh chili
Rim with Habanero & Red Pepper Infused Salt
Directions:
Rim your glasses by swirling a lemon wedge around the top of your glass or bottle, then spin the rim in a bowl or plate of Habanero & Red Pepper Infused Salt.
Split and de-seed one chili, then muddle with the syrup in a cocktail shaker.
Add the vodka, mango purée, and ice.
Shake well and strain into the rimmed martini glass.
Garnish with the remaining chili.
Serve it up and enjoy it!
