Pickleback Cocktail

Pickleback shots originated from The Bushwick Country Club bar in Williamsburg, Brooklyn in 2006.This cocktail is based off this popular shot, but end result tastes similar to a whiskey sour, but less sweet, more savory, and tangy. If you are not a fan of whiskey you can use vodka or tequila instead.
Recommended glassware: Highball glass

Ingredients

4 ounces whiskey or bourbon

3 ounces pickle juice

1 ½ ounces fresh lime juice

1 ounce simple syrup

Garnish with pickle spear and fresh dill

Rim with The Big Dill Pickle Infused Salt
Directions
Rim a glass by swirling a lime wedge around the top of your glass or bottle, then spin the rim in a bowl or plate of The Big Dill Pickle Infused Salt Rimmer.
In a cocktail mixing glass, stir together whiskey, pickle juice brine, lime juice, and simple syrup.
Pour into 2 cocktail glasses filled with ice. Garnish with a pickle spear and fresh dill.
Serve it up and enjoy it!
