Coconut Margarita

The margarita was invented in Mexico in the 1930’s, and today remains one of the most popularclassic cocktails of all time. For the coconut spin, add cream of coconut for a creamy, tropical flair. It’s truly delicious!
Served best in a rocks or margarita glass.

Ingredients

2 ounces tequila blanco

½ ounce triple sec (or Cointreau)

½ ounce fresh lime juice

1 ounce cream of coconut (not coconut cream)

Rim with Island Time Pineapple Infused Sugar
Directions
Rim your glass by swirling a lemon wedge around top of your glass then spin the rim of your glass in your Island Time Pineapple Infused Sugar.
Place the tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and cream of coconut in a cocktail shaker and add one handful ice. Shake until cold.
Strain the margarita into the rimmed glass. Fill the glass with ice.
Serve and enjoy!
