If you are unable to find chili-infused rum for this cocktail you can make your own by adding red chili peppers to your bottle of rum and let it sit for a few days!
Recommended glassware: Collins or Highball Glass
Ingredients

1 ounce Chili-infused rum

2 ounces Mango purée
-
1 tbsp. Lemon juice

Ginger beer
-
Splash of Grenadine

Garnish with a red chili

Rim with Habanero & Red Pepper Infused Salt
Directions
Rim your glasses by swirling a lemon wedge around the top of your glass or bottle, then spin the rim in a bowl or plate of Habanero & Red Pepper Infused Salt.
In a cocktail shaker, pour the rum, mango purée, lemon juice & shake thoroughly.
Pour it into an rimmed, ice-filled highball or Collins glass.
Top with Ginger Beer
Garnish with chili.
Serve it up and enjoy it!
