Pineapple Margarita

This recipe calls for using fresh pineapple cubes - which if you have a fresh pineapple that would be key - but in a pinch using canned pineapple chunks would totally work too.
Recommended glassware: Rocks glass

Ingredients
-
6 chunks fresh pineapple cubes
-
2-3 slices fresh Jalapeños
-
tiny pinch Sea Salt
-
4 ounces Tequila
-
2 ounces Pineapple Juice
-
2 ounces fresh Lime Juice
-
1 ounce Triple Sec
-
1 tsp Agave Syrup
-
Garnish with fresh pineapple chunk and pineapple leaf
-
Rim with Cowboy Caviar Salt & Sugar Rimmer
Directions
Rim two glasses by swirling a lime wedge around the top of your glass or bottle, then spin the rim in a bowl or plate of your Rimmer.
Muddle the fresh pineapple chunks, jalapeno slices, and a tiny pinch of sea salt in a cocktail shaker until the pineapple is broken down (about 20-30 seconds.)
Pour in tequila, pineapple juice, lime juice, triple sec, and agave syrup. Fill the shaker with ice, secure the lid, and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.
Strain the margarita between the two rimmed glasses, and garnish with a fresh pineapple chunk and pineapple leaf.
Serve it up and enjoy it!
