Brown Sugar Caipirinha
Rated 5.0 stars by 1 users
Refreshing and easy to make, the cocktail contains fresh lime juice, sugar and cachaça - Brazil's national spirit. The traditional Caipirinha is made with regular sugar, whereas this recipe subs for brown sugar.
Recommended glassware: Rocks glass

Ingredients
-
½ lime, cut into wedges
-
1 teaspoon brown sugar
-
crushed ice
-
2 fluid ounces cachaca (Brazilian rum)
-
Rim with Cowboy Caviar Salt & Sugar Rimmer
Directions
Rim a glass by swirling a lime wedge around the top of your glass or bottle, then spin the rim in a bowl or plate of your Rimmer.
Combine lime wedges and brown sugar in a lowball cocktail glass; mash with a cocktail muddler to release lime juice. Top glass with ice. Pour in cachaca and stir
Serve it up and enjoy it!
