Lime-Chili Cucumber Gin and Tonic

This gin and tonic recipe balances a red pepper garnish with a few cucumber slices for a fresh, multi-flavored drink.
Recommended Glassware: Collins or Rocks Glass
Ingredients

1 ounce gin

2 ounces tonic water

½ cucumber, sliced

Lime wedge

Rim with Chili Lime Infused Salt

Garnish: Lime wheel or wedge
Directions
Prepare your glass by rimming your glass. Swirl a lime wedge across the rim of the glass then spin the rim of your glass in a bowl or plate of your Chili Lime Infused Salt.
In a mixing glass, muddle the cucumber slices with the lime wedge. Add the gin and ice and stir.
Strain into a rimmed glass filled with ice. Top with the tonic water.
Garnish with lime wheel or wedge.
Serve it up and enjoy!
